This project involved auditing and improving the user experience of a Kenyan NGO's donor engagement website. the site plays a crucial role in connecting the organization with supporters, donors, and community partners. However it was underperforming in donor conversions and user engagements. I was brought in to assess the current experiences, identify friction points, and deliver actionable UX improvements.
